O build nunca é inflado: o botão "só o build do produto" isola o número determinístico (config v1), e a soma das áreas reconcilia com o total. Áreas que já estão no squad (produto, design, engenharia, QA, dados) aparecem na matriz de fases, mas não somam de novo. Cada projeto também ganha sua arquitetura (diagrama C4, contêineres, dados e fluxos), requisitos, épicos e roadmap, derivados dos 12 fatores.By default the budget shows the whole project: the deterministic product build plus the cross-cutting and go-to-market areas (marketing, communication, legal, finance, ops/launch). Each is derived as a percentage of the build, with its own with/without-AI effect. The build is never inflated: the "product build only" button isolates the deterministic number (config v1), and the areas reconcile with the total. Areas already in the squad (product, design, engineering, QA, data) appear in the phase matrix but don't add again. Each project also gets its own architecture (C4 diagram, containers, data and flows), requirements, epics and roadmap, derived from the 12 factors.
